We will drop in and look after most animals. Unfortunately, we are unable to look after pet spiders and snakes.

Absolutely! We think it’s important that you get the chance to meet us, and we get to meet you and who we’ll be looking after. This will give us a chance to fully understand your requirements and ensure there is no disruption to routine.

Yes. We understand just how important caring for plants is when you’re away, and will be there to ensure your plants are well cared for.

When you first register with us, you will be asked to provide us with your vet practice details and emergency contact. We will liaise with your vet and you, and ensure prompt treatment is received. We will keep you posted every step of the way.

Our app has an integrated payment feature so you can pay your invoice directly. Alternatively, bank transfer is also accepted.

Yes we do! We’ve been caught out before when going on holiday and the prospect of leaving food in the bins for 2 plus weeks. The bins get rather smelly!

If you book any service with us, you can add on the wheelie bin service for free, and we’ll make sure they’re put out and collected.
